bulletDirector of Technology Strategy  (author of "Tomorrow's News", a book distributed widely within the FT, and of numerous strategic papers)
bulletProgramme Director of FT's multi-million pound project to integrate print and on-line publishing and enabling more localised international editions facilitating greater flexibility in advertising sales and other business benefits.   Personally responsible for budget, business case, selection process, representation to FT board, and commercial negotiations.

bulletSoftware Engineering - design and development of FT's first page publishing system, and many other projects (Examples: automated page rules package; automation of edition changes; encoding of pages for transmission to print sites; and election results system);  in addition to:
